Sherin Varghese

Sherin is a postgraduate from Oxford University, who is currently pursuing her doctoral training at Liverpool University. Since 2016, she has worked in mental health and physical health services, both in the public and private sector with adults and children.  

Sherin is currently pursuing her full BABCP accreditation and is currently supervised by Melanie Jones, who was also her clinical supervisor during her time at Oxford University. Sherin mainly has an interest in working with Social Anxiety, OCD, Depression and PTSD. 

Sherin also has an interest in bridging the gap between mental and physical health and, as a result, is involved in various research projects both in the UK and internationally. Her doctoral training has a similar focus.  

Sherin also supports undergraduate and MSc students in their path to a clinical doctorate and provides regular mentoring support.
